Polyurethane (PU) coated glass fiber fabric is a kind of fireproof and flame retardant cloth. It is a glass fiber coated cloth formed by taking glass fiber cloth as the base cloth and coating polyurethane composites on one or both sides of glass fiber cloth. PU is the English abbreviation of polyurethane. Its performance mainly shows wear-resistant, solvent resistant, waterproof, windproof, soft and other characteristics. Generally, it is milky white emulsion, and can be made into various fabrics or inner fabrics with glass fabric and other fabrics. Therefore, polyurethane coated glass fiber cloth has very good wear resistance, waterproof and oil resistance, as well as excellent flame retardancy, weather resistance, solvent resistance, excellent cold resistance, aging and weather resistance, and good machining performance. Polyurethane coated cloth can work normally in the temperature range of - 20C to 150C, and the high temperature resistance can reach 550 ℃. Polyurethane coated glass fiber cloth is mainly used for: electric welding blanket, expansion joint, soft connection, fire blanket, removable insulation sleeve, fire curtain, rubber and plastic insulation board veneer, cloth bag ventilation system. Polyurethane coated cloth has various colors, and the conventional colors are generally silver gray, white, black, blue, green, red, yellow, etc. The thickness of polyurethane coated glass fiber cloth is generally 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1mm, etc.
