Removable Insulation Jacket Cover Fabric

The removable insulation jacket fabric cloth is typically silicone coated fiberglass fabric SC400 and PTFE coated fiberglass fabric FC400. They are most popular used materials for thermal covers. The removale (resuable) insulation jacket/cover/mattress/blankets needs very strong, durable, waterproof, high temperature/cold temperature resistance out cover fabric.  It can protect whole insulation structure from outside risks. The out layer silicone fabric and PTFE fabric are produced at various specification according to different level of environment, light-medium-heavy coating and one side/both side coating. 

Besides the typical two specification, there is more coating fabric for the removale insulation jacket purpose. Every EAS's fabric can be coated and finished for the removable insulation jacket.

i. General purpose insulation jacket under 260℃
ii. High temperature insulation jacket under 260-600℃, it needs a good insulation barrier or energy saving like E glass needle mat.

iii.Extremely high temperature jacket under 600-1000℃, hot resistance fabric like high temperature finish fabric, vermiculite coated fiberglass fabric, silica fabric, ceramic fabric and wire mesh are recommended

iv.Passive fire protection jacket needs a wire reinforced fabric as, silica fabric, ceramic fabric, aerogel for its structure integrate.
