E glass fabric is commonly used for temperature below 550 ℃ applications. Fiberglass is a 100% asbestos free material.

E-Glass Fiberglass cloth is a plain, twill, satin woven material that is commonly used in industrial, marine, and aerospace applications. EAS’s pad and lagging fabrics comprise the outer carrier of thermal pads and covers installed in mechanical operation areas. These fabrics are manufactured from 100% fiberglass yarns, so they’re 100% asbestos-free. They are resistant to high temperatures and are easy to handle, cut, and sew. Our proprietary finishes offer superior resistance to heat and water and satisfy our customers’ specific performance requirements.

1000 ℃ application
Silica fabric is a type of fireproof silica fiber cloth with a high SiO2 content that is used as a high temperature insulator for fire and thermal protection. T silica fabric can be used for long periods of time without losing its insular properties and without vaporizing or melting at temperatures as high as 1000°C (1,832°F). These properties make silica fabric excellent for industrial uses that include welding and fire safety.

PTFE coated glass fabric is constructed from a PTFE impregnated brown fibre glass cloth with a grey PTFE coating on one side. The base cloth is non-flammable and extremely durable in high temperature environments, whereas the PTFE coating provides oustanding resistance to chemicals and chemical splash. The PTFE coating also helps to prevent contamination of the base fabric by liquids. It is commonly used to manufacture bespoke sleeves and connectors for use in harsh chemical environments.

Fiberglass fabric with silicone coating is made of a fiberglass cloth and coated on one side or both sides with specially bonded silicone rubber. The physiologically inert silicone rubber, doesn’t only increase the strength but also heat insulation properties, fire resistance, ozone resistance, and protects against impact from oxygen aging, climate ageing and oil.

PVC coated fiberglass fabric is made by economic glass fabric with flame retarded PVC. It is an ideal material of insulation curtain and cover. PVC coated adds the glass fabric good waterproof, UV resistance

Polyurethane PU coated SMOKE cloth can withstand a continuous working temperature of 550oC and a short term working temperature of 600oC. It has impressive fire and smoke applications due to its many useful characteristics such as being impermeable to gases while still allowing some light through. In addition, it is halogen free, fire proof and has high stability.

Acrylic Coated Glass Fibre Cloth is very easy to cut. Coating with acrylic makes the cloth more rigid, hence it is ideal for industrial applications such as in aerospace and in foundry splash protection. The cloth also has excellent abrasion resistance and  a temperature resistance of up to 550oC continuous working temperature (600oC short-term working temperature).
